This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds for purchases made on the Top Rank Prep platform.
1. No Refund Policy
At Top Rank Prep, we have a strict no-refund policy on all purchases, including courses, test series, and study materials. However, under certain exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered as outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
📚 Course Purchases:
✅ Same-Day Requests: Refunds may be considered within 24 hours of purchase if the course content is significantly different from the advertised description.
(if we approved refund we will credit the amount in customer bank account within 3 to 4 business day)
✅We have a 7 days return policy and will return our prouduct .
✅ Technical Issues: If severe technical problems prevent access to course materials, a refund request may be reviewed.
📝 Test Series Purchases:
✅ Before Exam Date: Refunds may be considered before the scheduled exam if the test series content is significantly different from what was advertised or if technical issues prevent access.
❌ After Exam Date: Refunds will not be granted once the scheduled exam date has passed.
3. Refund Process

📸 Provide Proof: Supporting evidence (screenshots, error logs) may be required.
🔍 Review & Approval: Our team will review and respond accordingly.
💳 Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.(if we approved refund we will credit the amount in customer bank account within 3 to 4 business day)
4. Non-Refundable Items
❌ Discounted Purchases: No refunds on discounted or promotional offers.
❌ Free Trials: No refunds for trial-period content.
❌ Used Services: Refunds are not applicable once tests are attempted or lectures accessed.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:
